If you follow Mount Glorious Road out of Samford Valley, you will find a nice set of rockpools on the South Pine River. The carpark to the first swimming hole is simply a bitumen strip directly on the road. Look over the guard rail and you will see a track leading to the rock pool. If you drive 300meters further there is a gravel carpark. This is a popular place to cool off on a hot Brisbane day.
